These Airtasker Pro Pass Terms & Conditions (Pro Pass Terms) are between you and Airtasker UK Limited (Company Number 10905556), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at 2 Old Bath Road, Newbury, RG14 1QL, contactable at propass@airtasker.com and +61 468 073 471 (Airtasker). These Pro Pass Terms govern the purchase, renewal and use of an Airtasker Pro Pass (as defined below). By purchasing, renewing, or using an Airtasker Pro Pass, you agree to these Pro Pass Terms, and agree that any use of the Platform is also subject to Airtasker’s Website Terms and Conditions available at www.airtasker.com/ie/terms/ (Website Terms) (collectively, the Terms).
1. About the Airtasker Pro Pass Membership
1.1 An Airtasker Pro Pass is a paid membership program that entitles the subscribed account holder (Pro Pass Member) to earn income by completing tasks on the Airtasker Ireland platform www.airtasker.com/ie (Platform) free of “tasker service fees” (as defined in the Website Terms) (Tasker Service Fees) up to the Fee-Free Threshold (as defined below) in each Pro Pass Period (as defined below) (Airtasker Pro Pass).
1.2 During an active Pro Pass Period, Pro Pass Members pay no Tasker Service Fees on the first €13,500 of gross tasker earnings earned through the Platform (being the total task price of tasks you complete through the Platform, before any deduction for Tasker Service Fees, cancellation fees or any other amount) (Fee-Free Threshold) (the Membership Benefit).
1.3 Once the Fee-Free Threshold is reached, at such time, the Tasker Service Fees applicable to a Gold tier tasker will then apply to ongoing tasker earnings for the remainder of that Pro Pass Period.
1.4 Any other applicable fees and charges that are incurred in ordinary use of the Platform (such as “cancellation fees” (as defined in the Website Terms)) will continue to apply.
1.5 Gross tasker earnings count towards the Fee-Free Threshold when a task is completed and the corresponding payment is released to you. Where a payment is later refunded, reversed or charged back, the amount of that payment will be credited back to your Fee-Free Threshold for the remainder of that Pro Pass Period.
1.6 The Fee-Free Threshold applies to each Airtasker account and resets at the start of each Pro Pass Period. Any unused part of the Fee-Free Threshold does not carry over to a later Pro Pass Period.
2. Airtasker Pro Pass fees and term
2.1 The annual fee for an Airtasker Pro Pass is €1,199 (inclusive of Irish VAT) (Airtasker Pro Pass Fee) and is payable in full at the time of purchase. The Airtasker Pro Pass Fee is fixed for the Pro Pass Period in which you pay it. Airtasker will make a valid Irish VAT invoice for the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee available in an email sent at time of purchase.
2.2 An Airtasker Pro Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of payment of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee (Pro Pass Period).
2.3 At the expiry of the applicable Pro Pass Period, the Airtasker Pro Pass will automatically renew for a successive 12-month period (being a new Pro Pass Period) unless the Airtasker Pro Pass is terminated before the renewal date, in accordance with these Pro Pass Terms.
2.4 By purchasing an Airtasker Pro Pass, you authorise Airtasker to automatically charge your nominated payment method (or another card on file) for the then current annual Airtasker Pro Pass Fee.
2.5 You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date. A failed or declined payment does not relieve you of your obligation to pay.
2.6 From time to time, we may offer different membership programs, and the fees and terms for those different memberships may vary. You will find details about the membership model you are subscribed to, the applicable membership fee and the next due date in your account.
2.7 Airtasker will email you at least 30 days before each renewal date, telling you the renewal date, the amount that will be charged and how to cancel.
3. Payments
3.1 An Airtasker Pro Pass can be purchased by any individual aged 18 years and over who is resident in the Republic of Ireland and who has an active Airtasker Ireland user account.
3.2 To purchase an Airtasker Pro Pass, you must visit the Airtasker Pro Pass Landing Page and follow the steps to purchase your Airtasker Pro Pass.
3.3 Airtasker Pro Pass cannot be purchased using gift cards, Airtasker credits, vouchers, or coupon codes.
3.4 Airtasker Pro Pass can only be purchased by the individual Airtasker account holder who will be the Pro Pass Member. Airtasker Pro Pass can not be purchased for any other individual or account.
3.5 Airtasker Pro Pass cannot be purchased through the Airtasker mobile application and must be purchased via the Airtasker website.
4. Cancellations and refunds
4.1 You may cancel your Airtasker Pro Pass renewal at any time using any of the following methods:
(a) Online self-service: follow the Cancel auto-renewal link in your Airtasker Pro Pass purchase confirmation email and complete the steps shown.
(b) Email: Alternatively, send your cancellation request from your account email address to propass@airtasker.com and our support team will manage your request.
To avoid being charged for the next Pro Pass Period, your cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. We will confirm your cancellation by email within one business day.
4.2 Subject to clause 5 and to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, an Airtasker Pro Pass is not refundable, except that a pro rata refund will be given where the Pro Pass program is discontinued by Airtasker during your relevant Pro Pass Period.
4.3 Cancelling your Airtasker Pro Pass means that your Airtasker Pro Pass will not automatically renew at the end of the Pro Pass Period. Except as set out in clause 4.4, cancelling an Airtasker Pro Pass does not entitle you to any credit, refund or exchange.
4.4 Airtasker will refund part or all of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee only in the circumstances set out in clause 4.2 (discontinuation of the program), clause 5 (14-day right to cancel), clause 6.2 (termination for abuse of fair use), clauses 8.3 and 8.4 (termination for breach) and clause 9.1 (material reduction of the Membership Benefit). Nothing in these Pro Pass Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
5. 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period)
5.1 Where you purchase an Airtasker Pro Pass as a consumer, you may cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of payment (the Cancellation Period), unless clause 5.2 applies. Where you agreed that Airtasker begin providing the Membership Benefit during the Cancellation Period, you are liable to pay an amount in proportion to what has been supplied to you up to the point you tell Airtasker you are cancelling, and Airtasker will refund the balance of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee. Otherwise, Airtasker will refund the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee in full.
5.2 The right to cancel under clause 5.1 does not apply once you have used the whole of the Fee-Free Threshold, because the Membership Benefit will then have been fully supplied to you. This applies only where the supply of the Membership Benefit began with your prior express consent and with your acknowledgement, given when you purchased your Airtasker Pro Pass, that you would lose the right to cancel once the Membership Benefit had been fully supplied.
5.3 To cancel within the Cancellation Period, you must inform Airtasker of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to propass@airtasker.com, or by letter sent by post to the address given in the introduction to these Pro Pass Terms. You may use the model cancellation form set out in clause 12.5, but you are not obliged to. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the Cancellation Period has expired. Airtasker will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fee as a result of that reimbursement.
6. Fair Use
6.1 Airtasker may monitor for, and/or impose restrictions to prevent, use outside of fair use, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
6.1.1 Excessive, repetitive, or abusive behaviour.
6.1.2 Sharing access to or use of an Pro Pass Member account between other users or businesses outside of the account holder.
6.1.3 Behaviour that Airtasker reasonably determines to be fraudulent, exploitative or otherwise outside of ordinary Tasker use.
6.2 If Airtasker reasonably determines that fair use has been abused, Airtasker may issue a warning, temporarily restrict your Membership Benefit, or suspend or terminate your Airtasker Pro Pass or account. Clause 8.2 applies to any statement of reasons and clauses 8.3 and 8.4 apply to any refund.
7. Account Use and Non-Transferability
7.1 Airtasker Pro Pass are non-transferable and may only be used by the Pro Pass Member.
7.2 You must not share your account credentials or allow any third party to access or use your Airtasker Pro Pass.
7.3 Any attempt to transfer, share, or misuse an Airtasker Pro Pass may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of the account. Clauses 6.2, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 apply to any resulting termination.
8. Suspension and Termination
8.1 If Airtasker reasonably determines that you have breached these Pro Pass Terms or Airtasker’s Website Terms, Airtasker may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate your Airtasker Pro Pass or Airtasker account.
8.2 If Airtasker restricts, suspends or terminates your Airtasker Pro Pass or your Airtasker account because you have breached these Pro Pass Terms, Airtasker’s Website Terms or Community Guidelines, Airtasker will give you a statement of the reasons for that action and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Airtasker may limit the detail it gives, or withhold the statement, to the extent necessary to protect the safety of any person or to comply with its data protection obligations, and may delay the statement where giving it would prejudice an investigation or where Airtasker is required by law to act immediately. You may still challenge the decision.
8.3 Where Airtasker terminates your Airtasker Pro Pass under clause 8.2, Airtasker will refund the unused part of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee on a pro rata basis, less: (a) the value of any Membership Benefit you obtained through the conduct concerned, being the Tasker Service Fees that would have applied to the relevant gross tasker earnings but for your Airtasker Pro Pass; and (b) any other loss Airtasker reasonably incurs as a result of your breach. No refund is payable where those amounts equal or exceed the unused part of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee. This clause does not limit Airtasker’s right to recover any further loss.
8.4 Where Airtasker terminates your Airtasker Pro Pass because your conduct involved fraud or dishonesty in connection with the Membership Benefit, no refund of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee is payable, because the value of the Membership Benefit obtained or sought through that conduct will equal or exceed the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee.
8.5 Airtasker reserves the right to accept or refuse any attempts to purchase or use an Airtasker Pro Pass, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to the Pro Pass Terms and Benefits
9.1 Airtasker may, in its reasonable discretion, change these Pro Pass Terms, the Membership Benefit, discontinue the Airtasker Pro Pass program or modify its pricing. However, if a change materially reduces the Membership Benefit during a Pro Pass Period you have paid for, you may cancel and Airtasker will refund the unused part of the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee on a pro rata basis.
9.2 As reasonably determined by Airtasker, where we make material changes to these Pro Pass Terms or the Membership Benefit, we will provide you with 30 days’ prior written notice, and such changes will not affect your right to cancel your Airtasker Pro Pass auto-renewal pursuant to clause 4.1 of these terms.
9.3 If any provision of these Pro Pass Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
9.4 Continued use of an Airtasker Pro Pass after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Pro Pass Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
10.1 Holding an Airtasker Pro Pass does not guarantee that you will be assigned to any task/s, nor does it impact the Airtasker Services (as defined in the Website Terms) provided to you. It merely provides the Pro Pass Member with the Membership Benefit.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.4, Airtasker’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Airtasker Pro Pass, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited in aggregate to the Airtasker Pro Pass Fee you paid for the Pro Pass Period in which the liability arose.
10.3 Airtasker is not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated earnings, loss of business or business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. This clause 10.3 does not apply if you are a consumer.
10.4 Nothing in these Pro Pass Terms excludes or limits Airtasker’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Pro Pass Terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information collected in connection with your Airtasker Pro Pass is handled in accordance with Airtasker’s Privacy Policy.
12. General
12.1 Airtasker Pro Pass cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.
12.2 You may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other applicable Irish and EU consumer protection law which are not affected by these Pro Pass Terms. To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker makes no additional warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Airtasker Pro Pass beyond those required by law.
12.3 In the event of any inconsistency between Airtasker’s Website Terms and these Pro Pass Terms, these Pro Pass Terms will prevail in relation to the Airtasker Pro Pass.
12.4 Airtasker does not commit to using an alternative dispute resolution entity on the register maintained by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings in court, to use the Small Claims Procedure of the District Court where your claim qualifies, or to use any other complaint or redress procedure available to you under law.
12.5 Model cancellation form. Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your Airtasker Pro Pass.

13. Governing Law
13.1 These Pro Pass Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer resident in Ireland, you may bring proceedings in respect of these Pro Pass Terms in the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these Pro Pass Terms deprives you of the protection of any provision of the law of the country in which you are resident that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
