Tasks overdue for a while will auto-cancel. Use the reschedule feature if you need more time. If you believe you can't meet the deadline, discuss it with the Customer. If both agree to an extension, follow these steps to reschedule:
- Go to the task page.
- Click 'Reschedule'.
- Select a new date and time.
- Click 'Submit' to save changes.
Once agreed, the task will be updated with the new details.
Task completed? Mark it as completed and request payment release.
If the customer hasn't released payment within 48 hours of completion, let us know so we can assist.
