The customer wants to cancel the task but I’ve completed it, what should I do?

If you’ve started working on the task (making it partially complete) or you think you’ve completed the task, you may be entitled to some payment in recognition of your time and effort.

In such cases, we recommend discussing a partial payment amount with the other member via Private Messaging. Once you've agreed to a decreased price in your messages inside Airtasker, contact us here so we can make the adjustment for you.
