OOnce a Customer cancels a task, you'll get a notification and have 48 hours to respond by accepting or declining. If no action is taken, the task will be automatically cancelled.
Customers must provide a reason for cancellation and leave a comment. You'll be notified of their reason and asked if you agree.
If you accept the cancellation, select “Accept”. If you disagree with the reason but agree to cancel, you can share your perspective on the cancellation form. For more info, check this article I'm a tasker, I don’t agree with the cancellation reason, what should I do?
If the task has started and you wish to keep it, select “Decline” and refer to The customer wants to cancel the task but I’ve completed it, what should I do?
