Airtasker - Fortuna One Game of Chance Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Airtasker Support Centre

Airtasker Limited (Airtasker) is running an Instagram giveaway in which one lucky person will receive a $600 Airtasker Voucher and 2 x Ruby Tickets to the Fortuna One Summit, valued at $1,598 (the Giveaway).
The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants).
The Giveaway will be open from 6 pm 11 September AEST to 5 pm 17 September AEST (Entry Period).
The Giveaway is a game of chance and to enter the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants must:
1. Follow the Airtasker Instagram account @airtasker and @fortunaoneofficial;
2. Like the post promoting the Giveaway (Giveaway Post);
3. Tag 1 friend in the comments on the Giveaway Post.
The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random, using a selector generator. The decision is final, and only valid entries submitted during the Entry Period will be entered.
Airtasker will contact the winner of the Giveaway by 12 pm on 18 September AEST.
To receive the Giveaway prize, the winner must have or must create an Airtasker account.
To claim the prize, the winner must provide details of their Airtasker account to Airtasker within 24 hours of being notified that they are the winner.
If the winner does not claim the Giveaway prize within 24 hours, a new winner will be randomly selected using a selector generator.
To use the voucher, the winner must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the winner goes to accept the offer, they can enter the voucher code in the payment pop-up and then assign the job to a tasker. The voucher will automatically apply to pay for the task and any associated fees (either in part or in full, depending on the voucher and task balance).
You acknowledge and agree that any attempt to redeem the Airtasker voucher on the Platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at www.airtasker.com/terms and that all tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a task you post on the Platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you. To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any task.
By entering the Giveaway, you agree and consent to Airtasker publishing your Instagram handle to the Airtasker Instagram account, in the event that you are the winner of the giveaway.
The name of the winner will be published by Airtasker on the @airtasker Instagram account by 5 pm 18 September AEST.
The Giveaway prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or a refund.
This offer is made at Airtasker’s discretion and may be cancelled or extended at any time.
If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to use the voucher, the subject of the Giveaway prize in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the Credits will be rendered null and void, and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
