GAME OF SKILL - Father’s Day Giveaway 2026: Terms & Conditions

1. Airtasker Limited (Airtasker) is running a game of skill giveaway on Instagram, where one lucky person will receive an AU$500 Airtasker voucher (the Giveaway). 
2. The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants).
3. The Giveaway will be open from 6 PM 2 September 2026 to 12 PM 4 September 2026 AEST.
4. The winner of the Giveaway will receive one (1) AU $500 Airtasker voucher (Prize). 
5. If the full value of the Airtasker voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance may be used to pay for subsequent Tasks (including fees), until such a time as the total AU $500 value has been spent, or the voucher expires, whichever occurs earlier. 
6. The voucher will expire 6 months from the date of issue. Any balance not used by this time shall be forfeited.
7. To enter the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants must: 
   1. Be following the @airtasker Instagram account; 
   2. Like the competition post on Instagram; and 
   3. Publish a comment on the competition post that tells us, in 20 words or less, about a Task that their Dad has been putting off.

8. The Giveaway is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.  All valid entries will be assessed on their merit, and Airtasker will determine the winner of the Giveaway at its sole discretion, based on the creativity, originality and innovation demonstrated by the Eligible Entrant in their text response to the entry question.
9. By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants agree and consent to Airtasker publishing any images, videos and text submitted to Airtasker across Airtasker’s website and/or social media pages indefinitely. Eligible Entrants waive all rights, claims or interest they may have in any images, video and text produced, and agree that any use by Airtasker of such images, video and text will be without compensation or further consent required.
10. Airtasker will contact the winner of the Giveaway by 4 September 2026.  
11. To redeem the Prize, the winner must have or must create an Airtasker account.
12. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 1 day of being notified that they are the winner, a new winner will be selected.
13. The Prize will be given  to the winner within 1 working day of the winner accepting the prize.
14. By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that any attempt to redeem the Prize on the Platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at https://www.airtasker.com/au/terms/  and that all tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
15. Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a task you post on the Platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you.  To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any task.
16. By entering the Giveaway, you agree and consent to Airtasker publishing your Instagram handle to the Airtasker Instagram account, in the event that you are the winner of the Giveaway. 
17. The name of the winner will be published by Airtasker on the @airtasker Instagram account by 5 PM, 4 September 2026.  
18. The Prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or a refund.
19. This offer is made at Airtasker’s discretion and may be cancelled or extended at any time.
20. If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to use the credits, the subject of the Prize in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the Credits will be rendered null and void, and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
