Giveaway VCARB Merch and Airtasker Voucher Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Airtasker Limited (Airtasker) is running a Giveaway where one lucky person will receive: 
   1. Airtasker voucher worth $500 AUD, redeemable on the Airtasker Australia Platform www.airtasker.com (the Platform).
   2. 2025 Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team shirt signed by Isack Hadjar & Liam Lawson.
   3. 2025 Visa Cash App Racing Bulls hat signed by Isack Hadjar.

(the Giveaway). 

2. The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants).
3. The Giveaway will be open from 11:30 am AEDT 18 December 2025 to 11:59 pm AEDT 31 December 2025. 
4. To enter the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants must complete the Competition Entry Form and share a link to their posted task or write the name of the task they’re planning to post.
5. The Giveaway is a game of chance, and the winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random, using a random selector generator. 
6. Airtasker will contact the winner of the Giveaway by email using the email address registered on their Airtasker account by 11:00 am AEDT on 5 January 2026.
7. To claim the Giveaway, the winner must respond to Airtasker’s email and provide their postal address within seven (7) days of being notified that they are the winner.  
8. If the winner does not claim the Giveaway within seven (7) days, a new winner will be randomly selected using a random selector generator. 
9. Once the winner has claimed the Giveaway, within five (5) business days, Airtasker will send:
   1. the $500 Airtasker voucher to the email address provided by the winner; and 
   2. the 2025 Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team shirt and hat to the postal address provided by the winner. 
10. To use the Airtasker voucher, the winner must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the winner accepts the offer of an independent contractor and assigns the job to them, the winner must enter their unique voucher code when prompted to enter payment information.  
11. By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that the Airtasker voucher is subject to terms and conditions that will be provided to the winner of the Giveaway, and any attempt to redeem the Airtasker voucher on the Airtasker platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at www.airtasker.com/terms  and that all tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
12. Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a task you post on the platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you.  To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any task.
13. By entering the Giveaway, you agree and consent to Airtasker publishing your Airtasker profile to the Airtasker Blog, in the event that you are the winner of the Giveaway. 
14. The name of the winner will be published by Airtasker on the Airtasker Blog by 11:00 am AEDT on 5 January 2026.  
15. The Giveaway prizes cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or a refund.
16. This offer is made at Airtasker’s sole discretion and may be cancelled or extended by Airtasker at any time.
17. If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to use the voucher, the subject of the Prize in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the voucher will be rendered null and void, and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform.
18. Airtasker is solely responsible for organising, managing, and administering the giveaway. For the avoidance of doubt, neither Racing Bulls S.p.A. nor any of its affiliated entities is a sponsor, administrator, or participant in the management of the giveaway, nor are they responsible in any way for the selection of winners or the awarding of any prizes.
19. By entering the Competition, Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree to be contacted in regards to PR and social media opportunities. Further, Eligible Entrants consent to Airtasker publishing any images, videos and text submitted to Airtasker across Airtasker’s website and/or social media pages indefinitely. Eligible Entrants waive all rights, claims or interest they may have in any images, video and text produced, and agree that any use of such images, video and text by Airtasker will be without compensation or further consent required.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
