What happens when I cancel a task?

If you submit a request to cancel a task, the Tasker will be notified to either accept or decline your request within 48 hours.

When submitting a cancellation request, please make sure to choose the right reason and add a comment. This helps clarify who is responsible for the cancellation and can impact completion rates.

If the Tasker accepts your cancellation, the task will be cancelled immediately. If they don’t respond within 48 hours, the task will be cancelled automatically.

After the task is cancelled, your refund will be processed immediately.
