How can I report a missing/lost property?

Misplacing an item during a task on Airtasker can be a bit annoying, but there's no need to stress – we're here to assist you! Reporting a lost or missing item is an important step to sort things out and help ensure your experience on our platform is a good one. 

Step 1: Check and Confirm the missing item/s

Before reporting a lost item, check if it’s just misplaced. Take a moment to look around and verify the missing item.

Step 2: Contact the Tasker

Initiate a contact with the Tasker through the Airtasker private messaging. Ask about the missing item and allow the Tasker some time to respond.

Step 3: Report the Issue to Airtasker

If you can't find the missing item after talking with the Tasker, please reach out to our Support team to report it. Also, feel free to let us know if you're having any trouble communicating with the Tasker to sort things out.
