Instagram Giveaway: Vegas Concert and Resort Terms & Conditions

1. Airtasker USA Inc. (Airtasker) is running a Giveaway sweepstakes on Instagram where one lucky person will receive:
   1. two tickets to an unforgettable, celebrity-filled concert taking place over two (2) nights in Las Vegas on 9/18/2026 and 9/19/2026;
   2. two nights' accommodation in a Standard Room at Resorts World Las Vegas;
   3. a US $150 Resorts World Las Vegas food & beverage credit; and
   4. a US $1,000 Airtasker voucher, redeemable on the Airtasker US Platform www.airtasker.com/us (the Platform)

 (the Giveaway). 

2. The Giveaway is open to residents of the United States of America who are aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrants).
3. The Giveaway will be open from 12:00 pm PST, September 9, 2026 to 12:00 p.m. PST, September 16, 2026. 
4. The Giveaway is a sweepstakes, and no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter, win, or claim the Giveaway prize.  Making a purchase or payment will not increase an entrant's chance of winning the Giveaway.
5. To enter the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants must:
   1. Follow the Airtasker USA Instagram account @airtaskerusa;
   2. Like the Giveaway post
   3. Tag 3 friends in the comments
6. The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random, using a random selector generator. 
7. Airtasker will contact the winner of the Giveaway via Instagram direct message by 12 pm PST, September 16 2026. 
8. To claim the Giveaway, the winner must respond to Airtasker’s direct message and provide their email address and full legal name within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified that they are the winner.  
9. If the winner does not claim the Giveaway within twenty-four (24) hours, a new winner will be randomly selected using a random selector generator. 
10. Once the winner has claimed the Giveaway, within five (5) business days, Airtasker will send the $1,000 Airtasker voucher to the email address provided by the winner.
11. To use the Airtasker voucher, the winner must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the winner accepts the offer of an independent contractor and assigns the job to them, the winner must enter their unique voucher code when prompted to enter payment information.  
12. By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that the Airtasker voucher is subject to terms and conditions that will be provided to the winner of the Giveaway, and any attempt to redeem the Airtasker voucher on the Airtasker platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at www.airtasker.com/us/terms  and that all tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
13. Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a task you post on the platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you. To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any task.
14. By entering the Giveaway, you agree and consent to Airtasker publishing your Instagram handle to the @airtaskerusa Instagram account, in the event that you are the winner of the Giveaway.
15. The name of the winner will be published by Airtasker on the @airtaskerusa Instagram account by 5:00 pm PST on 18 September 2026, once the winner has claimed the Giveaway prize. 
16. The Giveaway prize cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or a refund.
17. The concert tickets, the two nights' accommodation at Resorts World Las Vegas and the $150 food and beverage credit (together, the “iHeart Prize”) are supplied by iHeartMedia, Inc. and its affiliates and venue partners (iHeart), and not by Airtasker. iHeart is solely responsible for arranging and delivering the iHeart Prize to the winner. The iHeart Prize is subject to any further terms, conditions and restrictions imposed by iHeart, Resorts World Las Vegas and the concert venue, including check-in, age and identification requirements.
18. By entering the Giveaway, you agree and consent to Airtasker disclosing your full name and contact details to iHeart, for the sole purpose of arranging and fulfilling the iHeart Prize, in the event that you are the winner of the Giveaway. iHeart will handle that information in accordance with its own privacy policy, and Airtasker will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with the Airtasker Privacy Policy.
19. The iHeart Prize must not be resold, offered for resale, auctioned, listed on any ticket resale platform, or transferred to any person for value. Any breach of this clause will render the iHeart Prize void, and iHeart may cancel the iHeart Prize without refund, compensation or replacement.
20. The Resorts World Las Vegas accommodation voucher and the food and beverage credit are subject to availability, and must be booked and redeemed by November 30 2026.   Any remaining value not redeemed by November 30 2026 will expire with no cash or alternative value.
21. Travel to and from Las Vegas, transfers, parking, resort fees, incidentals, insurance, meals beyond the food and beverage credit, and any other costs not expressly listed in clause 1 are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to present valid photo identification and a credit card at hotel check-in, and to meet any minimum age requirement of the hotel and the concert venue.
22. The approximate retail value of the Giveaway prize is $4,000 USD. The value of the concert tickets varies, and no cash or alternative will be provided for any difference between the stated value and the actual value of the prize awarded.
23. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes payable on the Giveaway prize, if applicable.
24. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering the Giveaway, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability in connection with the Giveaway.
25. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
26. This offer is made at Airtasker’s sole discretion and may be cancelled or extended by Airtasker at any time.
27. If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to use the voucher, the subject of the Prize in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the voucher will be rendered null and void, and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform.
28. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
