Can I release portion of the payment?

Currently, staggered payments for tasks are not available. You should only release the payment once the task is completed to your satisfaction.

If you believe a partial payment is fair after task completion, discuss adjusting the task price with the Tasker before releasing the payment. Use Airtasker’s private messaging to document the discussion, and clearly explain why you think a partial payment is justified.

Once both parties agree on the new price, you can contact Airtasker support to request a price adjustment.
