To troubleshoot technical issues
1. Ensure you are running the latest version of the app, or accessing the website on a recent browser. Windows Explorer 8 is not supported.
2. If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or clearing your cache and cookies on a browser.
To troubleshoot email issues
1. Airtasker only allows one account per user, so you're not able to use an email address that is already on another account. If you can't access your original account, please see our handy tips here.
2. Check that there are no unnecessary spaces around your email address or intended password.
3. If you're reactivating an account, go to Log In instead, or contact us if you're having troubles.
