Airtasker Ireland Tasker Reactivation Promotion Terms and Conditions

This promotion is run by Airtasker UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10905556 whose registered office is at 2 Old Bath Road, Newbury RG14 1QL, UK (“Airtasker”).

Between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026 GMT+1 (inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), Eligible Taskers (as defined below) may participate in a promotional offer that reduces the Tasker Service Fees (as that term is defined in Airtasker's Terms and Conditions) payable on the tasks they offer to complete on www.airtasker.com/ie (“Platform”) during the Campaign Period to 0% (“0% Fee Offer”).

An “Eligible Tasker” is a Tasker who, before the Campaign Period:

1. has an Airtasker Ireland account; and

2. has not made an offer on a task in the month immediately before the start of the Campaign Period.

Eligible Taskers will be notified of the “0% Fee Offer by email, and the 0% Fee Offer will be automatically applied to the Eligible Tasker’s Airtasker account and applied to offers the Eligible Tasker makes for the duration of the Campaign Period. No promotion code, link, or other action is required, and the offer is unique to that Eligible Tasker and cannot be transferred or shared with other users.

Where a task is assigned during the Campaign Period but completed after it, the 0% rate will still apply provided that the Tasker's offer was made during the promotional period. Tasks assigned before the Campaign Period are not eligible for the 0% Fee Offer.

The 0% Fee Offer applies only to the Tasker Service Fee. It does not reduce or waive any other fees including: 

1. the Connection Fee payable by the customer when a Tasker is assigned;

2. Cancellation Fees;

3. Membership Fees; or 

4. Any other fees. 

At the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Tasker Service Fee will revert to the standard Tasker Service Fee applicable to the Eligible Tasker’s account under Airtasker's Terms and Conditions. 

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless Airtasker expressly states otherwise.

If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that a task is in any way fraudulent, illegal, is “gaming” the rules or otherwise not aligned with the intended spirit of this promotion or is in violation of Airtasker's Terms and Conditions, Airtasker reserves the right to withdraw the 0% Fee Offer from that Tasker. Further, Airtasker may exclude a fraudulent Tasker from using the Platform in the future. Airtasker will notify the Tasker of the reasons for any action taken under this clause, and any restriction, suspension or termination of a Tasker’s access to the Platform will be dealt with in accordance with Airtasker's Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines.

Taskers who are restricted or deactivated due to a breach of Airtasker's Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, prior to, or during the Campaign Period, may also be disqualified from this offer. 

This offer may be varied, suspended or cancelled by Airtasker on giving Eligible Taskers at least 15 days’ notice. Airtasker may act without that notice period only where it is subject to a legal or regulatory obligation that does not allow the notice period to be observed, or where it must act to address an unforeseen and imminent danger relating to fraud, malware, spam, a data breach or other cybersecurity risk. Where this offer is varied, suspended or cancelled, the 0% rate will be honoured for all tasks already assigned to Eligible Taskers before the change takes effect.

This offer is governed by these terms together with Airtasker's Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines, which continue to apply in full regarding any use of the Platform. In the event of a conflict, these terms take precedence in relation to this offer only. Nothing in this offer affects an Eligible Tasker’s statutory rights.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and proceedings in respect of them may be brought in the Irish courts, consistent with the Airtasker Terms and Conditions.
