How do I update or remove my bank account details?

To make an offer and earn on Airtasker, you need valid bank details and a billing address. Your bank account is where we send your task payment after the Customer releases it, so make sure these details are accurate and belong to you.

If you need to change your bank account, update your details in your payment settings. This removes your old bank details and replaces them with the new ones. 

To add or update your bank details and billing address, follow these steps:

Web:

1. Open your Receive payments settings and log in if prompted. 
2. You can also get there by selecting profile picture → Settings → Payment methods → Receive payments.
3. Update your bank details and follow the prompts to complete the change.

Using the Airtasker app

1. Log in to the Airtasker app.
2. Select Account → Payment options → Update payment methods.
3. Open Receive payments.
4. Update your bank details and follow the prompts to complete the change.
