My task is done. How do I leave a review?

You can leave a review about your experience after the task closes. You have 14 days to submit your review.

How do I submit my review?

1. Log in to your Airtasker account.
2. Go to My Tasks.
3. Open the task you want to review.
4. Select Leave a Review.
5. Choose a star rating and write your review.
6. If you’re a Customer, you can also rate the Tasker’s Communication, Punctuality, Eye for Detail, and Efficiency.
7. Select Send.

Keep your review honest, fair, and relevant to your experience. Check your rating and comments before submitting.

Is it too late to leave a review?

Reviews must be submitted within 14 days after the task closes. Once that period ends, you can no longer leave a review for that task.

When will my review appear?

Reviews become public when both the Customer and Tasker have submitted their reviews, or when the 14-day review period ends—whichever happens first.

If only one person submits a review, it will still be published after the 14-day period.

Can I change or remove a review I already posted?

Published reviews and star ratings cannot be edited. You can request removal of a review you wrote, but you cannot submit a replacement once it is removed.
