Requirements: 

To enter the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants must:

1. Follow the Airtasker UK Instagram account @airtaskeruk;
2. Like the post promoting the Giveaway (Giveaway Post);
3. Tag 3 friends in the comments on the Giveaway Post
4. Share the Giveaway Post to their Instagram story, and tag @airtaskeruk 
   (“Entry Requirements”).

Terms:

1. The winner of the Giveaway will receive £250 worth of Airtasker credits (the Credits).
2. The winner of the Giveaway will be selected at random, using a selector generator. The decision is final, and only comments made on the official giveaway post during the entry period will be eligible.
3. Airtasker will contact the winner of the Giveaway by 5 PM, Monday, 20 October 2025 (BST).
4. To receive the Credits, the winner must have or must create an Airtasker account, so that the Credits can be applied. 
5. To claim the Credits, the winner must provide details of their Airtasker account to Airtasker within seven (7) days of being notified that they are the winner. 
6. If the winner does not claim the Credits within seven (7) days, a new winner will be randomly selected using a selector generator.
7. The Credits will be added to the winner’s Airtasker account within 3 working days of the winner providing their Airtasker account information.
8. To use the Credits, the winner must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the winner accepts the offer of an independent contractor and assigns the job to them, any account Credits will automatically apply to pay for the task and any associated fees (either in part or in full, depending on the Credit balance).
9. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the Credits on the Platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions and that all tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
10. Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a task you post on the Platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you. To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any task.
11. By entering the Giveaway, you agree and consent to Airtasker publishing your Instagram handle to the Airtasker UK Instagram account, in the event that you are the winner of the giveaway.
12. The name of the winner will be published by Airtasker on the @airtaskeruk Instagram account by 5 PM, Tuesday, 21 October 2025 (BST).
13. The Credits cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or a refund.
14. This offer is made at Airtasker’s discretion and may be cancelled or extended at any time.
15. If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to use the Credits in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Airtasker’s Community Guidelines, the Credits will be rendered null and void, and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
