If you already have an Airtasker account and you're not able to log in, we have some troubleshooting techniques you can try.
Please note: if you have previously requested for your account to be deleted, it cannot be reactivated by logging in. You'll need to create a new account.
When using the app:
- Ensure you are running the most recent version of the app. You can check for updates by heading to the App Store or the Google Play store.
- Check that there are no unnecessary spaces around your email address or password.
- Close down the app. Reopen it and try logging in again.
- If none of these options work, try uninstalling and reinstalling again.
When using a mobile browser:
- Check that there are no unnecessary spaces around your email address or password.
- Close down the window. Reopen it and try logging in again.
When using a desktop browser:
- We suggest using a more recent browser. Windows Explorer 8 is not supported, so if you are using that, please try switching to a different or updated browser instead.
- Clear your cookies and cache.
- Check that there are no unnecessary spaces around your email address or password.
