Gift vouchers

Airtasker Limited (Airtasker) Voucher Terms and Conditions 

1. This voucher is a multi-use code and entitles the recipient to spend the value stated on the voucher on the Airtasker Australia platform www.airtasker.com (Platform).
2. To use the voucher, the recipient must post a task on the Platform. Then, when the recipient accepts the offer of an independent contractor, the recipient must enter the voucher code when prompted to enter payment details.
3. If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction on a task and associated fees, the remaining balance may be used for subsequent tasks, until such a time as the total has been spent, or the voucher expires, whichever occurs earlier.
4. The voucher expires 3 years from the date of issue or purchase. Any balance not used by this time shall be forfeited.
5. All Tasks must adhere to Airtasker’s Community Guidelines.
6. By redeeming the voucher, you acknowledge and agree that any use of the Platform will be subject to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at www.airtasker.com/au/terms/.
7. Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a Task you post on the Platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you.  To the extent permitted by law, Airtasker is not liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any Task.
8. The voucher is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
9. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
10. Airtasker is not responsible for any voucher that is lost or stolen.
11. If Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that there has been an attempt to forge, alter, or duplicate the voucher, or otherwise use the voucher in a manner that is fraudulent, immoral or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the voucher will be rendered null and void and Airtasker may restrict the individual from using the Platform.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
