What do I do if my booking doesn't go as planned?

What do I do if someone doesn't respond to my messages or show up?

Taskers who do bookings are shortlisted for their reliability and reputation. This means that if they’re not responding to your messages or haven’t arrived, it’s most likely due to exceptional, unforeseen circumstances.

Please give them a bit more time to respond (an hour or 2 should be plenty). If they still aren’t responding then please contact us here and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

What do I do if something goes wrong?

Many tasks done through Airtasker are covered by our third-party liability insurance. In the unlikely event of something not going as planned, there is a safety net.
