Please check the requirements of the coupon to make sure it is valid for the task. Look for the following:
- Expiration: You're not able to use a coupon after its expiration date.
- Minimum task value: If your task isn't at least of this value, the coupon won't apply.
- Number of use: Coupons are often single-use, or can only be redeemed once per account. If you've used the coupon previously, it can't be applied again.

If you encounter a problem with a valid coupon and have already checked the above requirements, we recommend trying the following technical troubleshooting tips:
- Close the browser or app, then reopen it and attempt to enter the coupon again.
- Log out of your account, then log back in and try to enter the coupon again.
