What happens if I cancel something I've instantly claimed?

Opportunities for Instant Claiming are only available to those Taskers with a proven track record and great reputation. Therefore, Taskers with a repeated pattern of cancellations may not be offered the chance to claim.

We do understand sometimes things come up that make you unable to complete a task. In these genuine cases, remember to let the Poster know ASAP so they can make alternative arrangements. We can allow for individual cancellations, but we’ll investigate patterns of repeat behaviour.

So please keep an eye on your completion rate, it could affect your opportunity to get Instant Claimables.
