Must-haves are a great new way for Posters to include specific requirements for their task that Taskers must agree to meet before they make an offer.
To add must-haves to your task, follow the below steps:
- Select Post a task
- Select Add must-haves (under "Describe your task")
- Now you can add up to 3 different must haves - type in the box provided then hit the Add button once you’re done with each one.
Once you’ve finished adding your must-haves, select Save and your must-haves will be applied to the task. If you then need to change these, simply select must-haves again you’ll be taken back to the must-haves screen.
Once must-haves are added to your task, Taskers will need to check that they meet these in order to make an offer.

If a Poster has added must-haves to their task, that means there are a few things you need to check that you can do or provide before you make an offer.
When you go to make an offer on a task that has must-haves, you’ll see a series of checkboxes before you make your offer. These must all be checked before you can continue.
Please make sure you can meet all these requirements. If you check the boxes and the task is cancelled because you didn’t meet them, you may forfeit any payment for the task and possibly have your account limited.
If you’re unsure about what a must-have means, feel free to ask the Poster - they may not realise that it’s unclear. If you’re sure that you meet all the must-haves, please go ahead and make an offer - and good luck!
