Once the Tasker cancels the task, you will receive a notification with an option to accept or decline the request.
If you choose to decline the cancellation request, we recommend having a chat with the Tasker through private messaging so you can reach a resolution. You may also refer to I'm having issues with my task, what should I do?
If both of you can't come to an agreement, you may contact us here so we can assist you with the next steps.
If you failed to respond to the request within 48 hours, the task will be automatically canceled. Once the task is canceled, your refund will be processed.
