We’re on a mission to create an incredible new experience for Airtasker customers, and we’re so excited that you can be a part of this.
This article will help you understand what to expect when your listing is featured. It outlines our promise to you, and a few things we expect in return.
Our promise to you 🙇🏼♂️
1. We will help you get your listing in front of potential customers
- Your listing will be featured on the all-new Airtasker homepage. There, it will be viewed by customers nationwide for at least two weeks in one of our top lanes.
- Although we can’t guarantee it, it is also highly likely that your listing will feature in our marketing to customers across the likes of Facebook, Instagram, email and TV advertising. We may even reach out to feature you as a case study, so keep a close eye on your inbox!
2. We will help you optimise your listing
- Our team of listing experts will review your listing and send you tailored tips to help you attract and engage more customers. If you're having trouble getting booked, we'll provide you with advice on everything from your pricing and packaging, to your use of images and descriptions. With your consent, we may even send a camera crew to you to capture shots of you in action!
- You will also have the option to set up a one-on-one listing coaching session over video call with a member of the team, who will work with you to improve your listing.
3. We will provide you with tailored insights
- On request, we will provide you with insights on how your listing is doing and how it stacks up against others in your local area or category. This knowledge will help to set you and your listing up for success.
What we expect from you 🤝
1. Ensure your listing is the best it can be, at all times
- Ensure your listing complies with our Listing Guidelines to avoid it being removed from the platform by our moderation team.
- Please be responsive and open to working with us on optimising and evolving your listing over time. Together, we can create an incredible new experience for Airtasker customers.
2. Help to spread the word
- Although we will be promoting your listing to our community of 4+ million customers, we are sure you'll have your own personal network, too. We'd strongly encourage you to share your listing with your friends, family and customers.
3. Respond to customers in a timely manner
- To ensure an awesome experience for customers, we expect a response time of 6 hours or less on booking requests on our featured listings. Even if you are unable or unwilling to complete the task, please kindly let the customer know by responding to the booking request promptly.
4. Deliver an awesome service
- This one goes without saying and we are confident will come to you naturally. Please ensure that you are prompt, professional, reliable and do your best to deliver a 5-star service.
We strive to feature the best listings at all times and there are a lot of talented Taskers. If you are unable to meet these expectations, for any reason, please reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate and work with you to find a solution but reserve the right to give your spot to another awesome Tasker if we are unable to make it work.
