Must-haves are a great new way for customers to include specific requirements for their task that taskers must agree to meet before they make an offer. If a customer has added must-haves to their task, that means there are a few things you need to check that you can do or provide before you make an offer.
When you go to make an offer on a task that has must-haves, you’ll see a series of checkboxes before you make your offer. These must all be checked before you can continue.
Please make sure you can meet all these requirements. If you check the boxes and the task is cancelled because you didn’t meet them, you may forfeit any payment for the task and possibly have your account limited.
If you’re unsure about what a must-have means, feel free to ask the customer - they may not realise that it’s unclear. If you’re sure that you meet all the must-haves, please go ahead and make an offer - and good luck!
