There is no insurance cover provided for the Ireland marketplace for any activity or transaction, actual or intended.
Taskers must ensure they have their own valid insurance policy and sufficient insurance cover for the following but not limited to, property damage, bodily injury, poor workmanship, and income protection or any other types of insurance to protect posters, 3rd parties, and Taskers, themselves in the event of an incident and/or dispute and prior to commencing any task on the platform.
If you are aware or have been made aware of any incident taking place in relation to your task (before, during, and after completion of the task) we encourage you as the service provider, to attend to the matter immediately and negotiate an acceptable solution for you and the poster and/or the 3rd party.
If you are having difficulties in communicating with your poster and/or 3rd party after an incident occurred, please contact us.
Whilst we can’t help you by providing any payout, we can help facilitate the communication between you and your poster and/or 3rd party.
If you feel that you can’t come to an agreement or acceptable solution with the poster and/or 3rd party, you may wish to consider obtaining professional assistance as needed and as permitted by local laws.
We will help where we can to supply the information needed as requested by the professionals you have engaged.
