Subscriptions are the easy way to get regular tasks done on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
At the moment, subscriptions are only for general house cleans. Creating a subscription is super easy. All you need to do is follow the below steps:
- Head to our subscription landing page here.
- Enter your location.
- Select how many bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.
- Choose your cleaning cycle - either weekly, fortnightly or monthly (where monthly means every 4 weeks).
- Decide the time of day for your schedule and the date of the first clean.
- Nominate whether your cleaner needs to bring products or equipment. Leave the boxes unchecked if they can use things you already own.
- Write down any other useful info you think your cleaner should know (remember not to put private details in yet!).
- Review and confirm the details of your subscription.
- Add or update your card details if required, and confirm the payment.
- Log in (if not already) or create an Airtasker account.
Then you’re done! Your subscription will be posted in the Airtasker marketplace for our select pool of Taskers to view and claim if they can meet your requirements.
Not all Taskers can claim subscriptions. The ones that can are located nearby and have proven track records for completing similar tasks on Airtasker, with great completion rates and a history of stellar reviews.
As soon as a Tasker confirms their commitment to your subscription, you’ll get an email to show you their profile and let you know who they are.
Do you need anything else from me?
Thanks to the specialised form, you don’t need to do much else for a subscription. Although it's not compulsory, we do recommend letting the Tasker use your products and equipment and only if possible. This way you know what is being used in your home. Otherwise, you can opt for them to bring their own things for a small additional cost.
