If you remember any information that can help us arrive in our decision, make sure to advise us immediately.
Avoid negative communication with the other member as this may add to current conflicts

Airtasker will be acting as an impartial evaluator of your claims and offers through email.

Tips for success
Having a flexible approach is important to reach a resolution. While you might not get exactly what you want, consider what outcome you can live with.
We understand that disputes can be stressful. Respectful behaviour is essential during the dispute process. Following Airtasker’s Community Guidelines is also incredibly important for the dispute process to continue.
How long will this take?
This should take us no longer than 3 business days to make a decision.
This timeframe begins after we have received both forms, or after the allocated time we have set for members to fill out the forms.
Airtasker will contact you about the outcome of our review.
