What should I do if the Tasker isn't responding to my messages?

If you haven’t already done so, We recommend that you contact the Poster via task private message for an update and allow them at least 48 hours to respond.

When you hear from them, you should try your best to complete the task on the due date or find an alternative solution.

If there’s no response or it’s impossible to complete the task, you can go ahead with the task cancellation.

You can easily update or cancel your task via the Airtasker website. Please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that you are logged into Airtasker from a web browser and go to ‘My Tasks’
2. Select the task and select 'More Options' > 'Cancel Task'
