Just so you know, this information applies within Australia ONLY.

What is changing?

We will be implementing some changes to fees and tier thresholds from Monday 6 February 2023.

Service fees are changing as follows:

Platinum	10%	11.9%
Gold	12.7%	13.9%
Silver	16.4%	17.9%
Bronze	20%	20%

The 30-day minimum earning thresholds are changing as follows:

Why are you making these changes?

We review our pricing regularly taking into account factors such as inflation, cost of living and other market conditions. As part of our 2022 pricing review, new fees and tiers will be implemented.

When are these changes taking effect?

The new service fees and tier thresholds will come into effect on Monday 6 February 2023:

From Monday 6 February 2023, we will be applying the new fees listed in the table above.
Tier thresholds are calculated on the past 30 days of earnings. New thresholds will therefore be calculated from the 7th of January 2023 and come into effect on the 6th of February 2023.

How are fees and tiers calculated between now and Sunday 5th of February 2023?

The current service fee rates and tier thresholds apply until the 5th of February 2023. Please note, tier thresholds are calculated on the past 30 days of earnings.

We review our fees and tier structure regularly. Our last change was in March 2021.
